New Menu Each Week

We write a menu each week to include new stuff, some old favorites, health-conscious choices, and good ol’ comfort food with influences from many different cuisines. The menu is sent out to our clients via email and is also posted on our Facebook page.

To place an order you can choose from the following options:
- Reply to the email by Friday of each week with your choices and how many of each you would like.
- Complete an online order form.
- Send via Facebook Messenger
- Call in order
- Text in order

We communicate via email at and text (504) 756-7750 to coordinate pickup/delivery.


Each of the top 10 meals is $10, while our Whole 30 meals are $12 apiece. They come packaged in single-serving microwavable containers.

We accept Cash, Checks or payment via Venmo

Cast-iron seared Gulf shrimp, root beer braised pork belly debris, crispy fried Brussels and five pepper jelly

Slow roasted pork shoulder, homemade smokey boudin, charred broccoli and mushroom fricasse
4. Pecan Crusted Catfish
Pan seared local catfish, chopped New Roads pecans, wok charred baby bok choy, pea shoots and asparagus over petite pea puree

Slow braised beef brisket with mire poix and rich beef stock over smothered cabbage and steamed potatoes

 Slow smoked boneless chicken thighs over French green beans, roasted Yukon Gold potatoes and garden herb pesto

Smoked paprika & red pepper crusted Gulf shrimp with roasted root vegetables, chopped spinach and green goddess dressing
