We write a menu each week to include new stuff, some old favorites, health-conscious choices, and good ol’ comfort food with influences from many different cuisines. The menu is sent out to our clients via email and is also posted on our Facebook page.

- Reply to the email by Friday of each week with your choices and how many of each you would like.
- Complete an online order form.
- Send via Facebook Messenger
- Call in order
- Text in order

We communicate via email at and text (504) 756-7750 to coordinate pickup/delivery.


Each of the top 10 meals is $10, while our Whole 30 meals are $12 apiece. They come packaged in single-serving microwavable containers.

Boneless chicken thighs sauteed with garlic, mushrooms, marsala wine & roasted veal stock over garlic and herb pasta and roasted broccoli (gluten free pasta available)
3.  Roasted Pork Tenderloin
Truffle & balsamic marinated pork tenderloin, orzo, fresh baby spinach, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, olive oil and porcini glaze
4.  Garlic Shrimp         gf
Wok fried Gulf shrimp, roasted garlic butter, bell peppers, sweet onions, snow peas, and basmati fried rice
5.  Grilled Swordfish           gf
Charcoal grilled swordfish steak, sauteed artichoke hearts, wild mushrooms, French green beans, roasted red peppers and avocado butter
